Dealing with Gabriella Loos and her contracting company, Flawless Design Group, was by far the worst professional experience I’ve ever had. I hired her to design and build an ADU unit on my property and 7 months later I still have no plans and am out $8500. She’s dishonest and a horrible communicator. She marked up services with subcontractors 100% after she told me she had the industry standard 10% markup.
