I worked with Ron at Flawless Construction and he was a pleasure to work with! We started with my roof and ended up getting a lot more work done around the house such as heating, windows, flooring, etc. I am really pleased with Ron and appreciate his work and dedication. Thank you!
Customer service offered a partial refund but no prompt replacement. Very frustrated.
They kept promising “one more week” for two months. My family couldn’t use the kitchen properly during that time. Zero accountability.
