Joe was communicative, nice, and thoughtful. Upon completion of the job he did try to charge me an extra $200 more than what was quoted and verbally agreed on. After using my chimney for less than 10 fires last year, i had pieces of the chimney falling apart and coming undone. Unfortunately, if you want something done the right way that is up to code and good quality, do NOT go with him. They replaced the top 10 rows of my chimney and replaced some damaged bricks. The guys were very professional provided good information every step of the process. Highly recommend.
