My daughter and I came to get our hair done and the owner was so busy and overbooked that she fried my hair! My hair is super fine and thin and had not been chemically touched in 3 years. It was finally long and healthy. I came in for highlights. We waited forever for her to start our hair even though we were on time. While both my daughter and I were in different stages of processing… she took another client! She left me under the dryer until I asked to be removed and went and sat in the waiting area. The owner butchered my hair so bad I will never go back again. Longer on one side and short on the other and to short in the back and crooked in the back as well. It will take months to grow back out.
The only place I will go to going forward. I am extremely picky about my VERY long hair and walked out loving it. The atmosphere is comfortable.
