We were so incredibly lucky to find Alejandra at Flawless Beauty Studio in Long Beach! After our original artist had to cancel, Alejandra stepped in and was a total lifesaver. She did the hair and makeup for my daughter’s photoshoot and her Quinceañera, as well as my own makeup for the big day. The results were stunning, I felt like a movie star and my daughter looked like a real-life princess. Most importantly, our hair and makeup lasted for 18 hours! Extremely Disappointed I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the makeup services I received. As someone who was looking forward to this experience, I was utterly let down by the lack of professionalism and the poor quality of work. First, the artist was late. Every wedding anniversary of mine (11/05), I’m reminded of the heartbreak I felt for my big day. I don’t have any wedding pictures of mine printed out because I HATE the way I look. When booking here… make sure to ask if the artists are experienced/professional. Otherwise, you’ll look terrible. My make up and hair were terrible. Please look at these photos for yourself. I plan on renewing my vows eventually, and believe me when I say I will never book with a place like this again.
