When I arrived for my appointment, the door to their shared building was locked.There was a video lockbox on the door that needed a code, but I wasn’t given a code. I stood there confused on how to get in until suddenly I heard the door unlock. I had the most amazing experience at Flawless Aesthetics, and I can’t rave enough about it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Lovena at the front, who was so warm and welcoming. I found this office through a post a friend shared on Instagram, and I’m so glad I reached out. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and were very accommodating with my schedule. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the space was different—secure but welcoming, bright, fun, and girly. Beauty gaslighting at its finest. I am still paying to fix the botched lip filler they did on me and it has been almost 2 years now. The shape of my lips are permanently different and not in a good way. I was made to feel like it was my fault they had to fix my lips multiple times. And then they told me after they “fixed” them the final time, after having to come in 3 additional times for more filler along with dissolving to fix their mistakes, that I would need to pay for anything else they did.
