Cupcakes arrived with many toppled over and damaged and unable to be used. I requested a refund for the damaged cakes and have not received any refund only excuses and now they are ignoring my messages. Avoid!
They know how to spoil people special moments, and now one picks up the phone, never order and they sent their order in car boot. Amazing food standards.

I ordered a birthday cake from Flavourtown for next-day delivery, and the experience was incredibly stressful. Our original delivery slot was 12:00 PM, but it was suddenly pushed back 4 hours to 4:00 PM with zero warning. We had a house full of guests and the birthday person waiting around with no cake that ended up arriving at 6:45 pm.
