What a fabulous surprise birthday celebration hosted at Porthminster View, Chy an Porth in St Ives with Robert, Executive Chef from Flavour and Wine. A Cornish feast for 7 people which included a vegetarian and non fish eater. Rob was not phased and produced a delicious meal. What a wonderful event when away on holiday for a family gathering and time is precious. Incredible food, locally sourced, wonderful memories and full tummies!
We hired Rob to cook for us for my mums 70th birthday dinner at our holiday cottage. His food was absolutely delicious, surpassing all expectations. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He left the kitchen spotless, had printed menus for the table and the food was like eating in a five star restaurant. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a private chef for a special occasion.
