While the food is superb. I feel like everything else is subpar. Online orders are never available. Placing an order over the phone for pickup is impossible, due to the fact that you have to listen to a long prompt, follow the instructions to get connected to the restaurant, but it fails and the prompt starts back up. Drove all the way there and they were closed even though it said they were supposed to be opened. There was no notice on the building or on their website.

Very wishy washy. Often times says they're open but when you show up they’re closed. They don’t even update their Google store hours. Frustrating when you’re coming from an hour away.

Revisited Flavor Rich and we truly enjoyed our meal. I had the fried catfish bfast and my wife had chicken and waffles. Everything was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. I do like to season my eggs with salt and pepper but there wasn't any on the table. I would also like my choice of jelly for my toast. I was wondering about the plastic cups for our drinks.
