My high hopes were dashed! I have a lot to say about this restaurant. As a newcomer to Dover, I was delighted to discover an Indian restaurant, and one with such great reviews. When I went there a few days ago, there was one man working the place - waiter, cashier, busboy - maybe the owner? It wasn't too busy, but he didn't have time to even make eye contact, let alone smile and greet me.
