Alicia was my first realtor in Louisiana and she eventually became my property manager. Both of the investment condos that I bought are having a plethora of problems (not found on the home inspection) only a year or two after buying. They only care about making money on your dime. She did not take care of my condo while she was managing it and charged 3rd party AC vendor payments when I had my own AC vendor.
