Good luck with getting an appointment. The reception/secretaries are cold and rude. They seem interested in deterring patients from coming to this practice. They claim they do not receive faxes from other professionals. If you call they treat you like like an annoyance that they want to go away. I've never experienced such poor treatment in health care.

If you’re overweight I wouldn’t recommend this doctor. She focused more telling me I needed to lose weight then actually helping me with the issues I came in for. I understand I need to lose weight but instead helping you made me feel like cow. I certainly won’t be coming back.

Absolute worst receptionist I have ever spoken to in my life. Gave me the hardest time to set up an appointment, said that we needed a referral and that once they got it from the doctor they would call us. Took weeks to call us, then called the wrong number. When I called to make the appointment flat out said they didn’t get anything without even asking me for my information. If I could give a zero I would and it’s all because of this receptionist.
