My husband and I were looking for a yummy, healthy meal prep business and we found it! Great customer service too. I am also obsessed with their brownies. Check them out!
What a blessing this food/meal service is! The quality and flavor is consistently delicious. Truly been a game changer for us to have a couple meals a week to help with some of our family’s busiest days.

Coming from a city that has a very saturated “meal prep” delivery service market- it’s safe to say I have tried close to 20 different services. Flava’s meal prep is unreal. I cannot believe this is macro- friendly food. The flavor is just *chefs kiss. We will be loyal customers. Wow.
