FLAVA ! Where to begin ?! I have been at this gym since it began. It is EVERYTHING that I would want in a gym & MORE. The variety of classes (times and types of training) that are suited to all ages and levels of fitness and strength, the incorporation of gymnastics, the ability to do your own training. When I first joined almost two years ago, I was at my lowest — unfit, heavier than I wanted to be, struggling with a chronic lower back injury, and honestly unsure if I even belonged in a gym anymore.
