I have been seeing Kate for over a year now and I can honestly say I have never been happier. The blondes she creates is pure magic, just like her. Could not rate her any higher if I tried
I have never had such a bad experience with a hairdresser. I left overtoned and went back for it to be fixed. The second time she toned me to a brunette! I’ve been blonde for 15yrs. Kate then refused to fix it and refused to offer me a refund. It’s cost me $280 at another salon to get corrected. The attitude that she gave me when trying to resolve the issue was disgusting.
