Had the HVAC system go out between the winter storms. Unit was installed by Flatts in 2023 and we’ve had no issues until now. Nick came out and was able to quickly find the issue, fix it and prevent it from happening again. He also identified a function in our system that wasn’t enabled I when we first had the unit installed. Very professional and knowledgeable service. Thanks Nick.

Flatt’s HVAC has serviced my homes system, installed UV lights in the air return to seriously help with allergies, and installed a mini-split system in my garage. I also buy mushroom dirt, fishing lures, and mulch.
I stopped by today to grab two culverts best price around and the employees were very nice and very helpful. We’ll definitely be back for more culverts and will check with them for my next HVAC needs as well.
