Don’t move here! Rent is way too high and it’s not worth it. Parking spots are tiny and scarce. My vehicle has so many dings and scratches on it, since moving here. Poorly managed facility with mold painted white
The property manager is very professional and I really like the property.
I moved to Flats 170 in 2023 & rented 2 different units. This is the second apartment complex I rented from in this area. The movie theater was awesome! My children really enjoyed watching the super bowl there. Isatu is my favorite leasing person, she's always been so nice & accommodating since day one. My favorite is the gym in the basement. Excellent for people like me who enjoy working out alone. Me & my children have had some great memories at this place. If I ever move back to Maryland I would love to come back.
I just moved here and all the staff at the leasing office are very kind and helpful, but in particular Ryan Pearson was the main one who worked with me the whole process and she is just incredible and very helpful.
