Love it here. Shana is probably the best landlord I’ve had up to this point. She’s always willing to help, especially since I got pregnant in January this year. If I’m stressed out she’s right there to help me calm down and give advice, if a package is heavy she’ll help me get it to my unit. She and Stormie both really care about their tenants. If Shana isn’t in the office Stormie’s right there to help me the same way Shana does. Both are wonderful people and I will definitely recommend them as landlords.
Devon and other maintenance guy both were great! Really appreciate them taking the time at the end of the day to fix our A/C!
One of the best places we have ever lived! Area is quiet and beautiful, dogs are encouraged, the office ladies are superb, and it’s so close to EVERYTHING!
Lives here for 2 years! Never had a problem, great support from the office. Terrific maintenance team and awesome houses altogether. Serene neighborhood as well.
Worst leasing experience I've ever had. Would not recommend. Nice-ish apartment on the inside. Smells like fast-food on the outside. Noisy neighbours revving car/motorcycle engines. Pool regularly closed for 'maintainance'. No follow through by office staff who clearly don't care about you once you've signed the lease. Issues with Utility billing not being transferred to and from me that were entirely the office's fault.
