Do not move here unless you can handle 24/7 noise and terrible management. We had the rudest neighbors above us who liked to party and we could hear their conversations and music. Our ceiling fan shook every single day as children jumped and screamed upstairs. After months of kindly knocking on the door, we addressed the issue with Shana who was not helpful at all. This property is complete garbage. They overcharge and will send you a ridiculous bill even after you try and work with them. Avoid this is a terrible place
We have lived here for 2 years and continue to stay for several reasons. The townhouse is very cozy! Easy to keep clean. Lots of great kids its almost like spending time with extended family . There are some huge perks .... the management is always very quick to respond and address any concerns or questions and they have the absolute BEST MAINTENANCE GUYS EVER !!!
