We just renewed our lease for another year because we absolutely love living at Flats at Front! The grounds are gorgeous and meticulously cared for every week, and the interior spaces are maintained and cleaned daily—it always feels fresh and inviting. The front office staff and management are truly wonderful. Not only are they incredibly helpful, but they’re also some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Going on our fifth year at flats on front…. And the apartment that we’ve been in is a river view plus a side view of the live oak music pavilion. Along with having a few minutes walk from downtown Wilmington life., gated/ covered parking( our favorite as the Carolina summers can heat up…,One of many the perks that has kept us calling flats home
Me and my husband have lived here a few years and it’s been the best apartment in Wilmington we have lived in thus far. The staff is always friendly and attentive, it is a clean and well maintained property, and any concerns or maintenance requests we have had have always been addressed promptly and efficiently! I highly recommend living here!
Hi everyone! ...I've never left a review about anything or anyone, in 25 years, true, however this place is hands down, best, period. It starts with the staff, management to maintenance, then to the friendly folks who reside, amenities rock, location is impeccable....but it always comes back to the staff, best PEOPLE you can come across when it comes to moving, and grooving.
