I've lived here for 19+ years. Riverwest took over about 7 years ago. I have always had a good rapport with the staff. They are all friendly and helpful. Chris in maintenance is the best.
I have nothing negative to say. Abbey the manager is great and Chris the maintenance is always friendly and kind. I have enjoyed living here!!! the only thing I wish is that other tenants appreciate and take care of property. Please pick up after your dogs as this causes germs. Also please quit leaving trash outside. Take pride in where you live
My experience with the Flats of Clintonville has always been wonderful. All of my concerns have been addressed promptly and with follow-up. The manager, Abbey Spence, is a true professional and an asset for us tenants to deal with.
The team at the Flats are the best. They are attentive, accessible (in person or via email) and they respond when needed. Thank you to Abbey for going above and beyond for my brother and I!
It is your choice, to rent from them, but I warn you, they have a terrible record of not picking up the phone, emailing when something serious is going on, like a snow storm that freezes your pipes, a rude maintenance man who is always condescending, and look down on you for request help, that is if they respond to your request, then being placed on hold for 3 hours until they closed!
