Raised rent of a friend and one of their neighbors (not everyone) by text. Takes forever to fix things. Water heater went out, people were left to take cold showers for a week or better in winter. Heat went out, 2 days later they went into apartments without notice and left space heaters. Sewer had an issue, they offered buckets for a restroom.
