Great move-in overall! everything was explained clearly and laid out well. Just a heads up: their add-on fees are definitely higher than most apartments. Parking feels safe, which is a plus, but $75 per car is wild. Now, about the actual move-in… if you’ve got a truck and you’re on the 2nd floor, prepare yourself...it’s rough. We had to walk from the back exit gate and all the way around, which made the process super inconvenient. Outside of that, so far so good. I’ll update every 6 months until move-out. Extremely Disappointed After 5 Years — Mismanagement Has Ruined This Property I moved into this apartment complex nearly five years ago, and during that time, it truly felt like home. Under the management of Kathy, the community was well-maintained, professionally run, and a place I was proud to call home.
