I am a resident at the Flats at Overton Square and my experience has been HORRIBLE. They never and I MEAN NEVER answer the phone. I have to call them multiple times. Upon move in they placed the wrong keys in the lockbox. I have lived in my apartment for over a month I STILL DO NOT HAVE A MAILBOX KEY. Apartment is beautiful their STAFF IS HORRIBLE. 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND!
I absolutely loved living here!! The location is perfect. It’s just a walk to overton square with amazing bars and restaurants! The property manager and staff are very responsive and helpful. The parking lot is gated, which provided extra security and peace of mind. The units are modern and beautiful, and it’s never loud in the building. Bonus: each unit comes with its own balcony!! I couldn’t have asked for a better first apartment experience. Thank you left field properties!!
