Our building is filthy. Pets are allowed to pee on the carpets and in the elevators. The walls are all dinged up after less than a year. The price point versus the actual quality of management and facility is nearly criminal. If you are a working professional stay away, seen you money some where else. We love our view! It's fabulous, but worth nearly $3,000 rental fee. It is a very expensive dormitory not a place for adults to live and have community. We LOVE the concierge staff. High expectations for this place and none of them have been met. We have to contend with the noise from Crop Rocks and/or if any of our neighbors turn the volume on their stereo or TV above a moderate level. We also both use sleep apps and then wireless noise canceling headphones pretty much every night. Apartment front doors are paper thin too so you constantly hear door slams and any activity in the hallway.
