RecommendedI’ve lived in the flats for 4 years and not leaving anytime soon! Been such a great location for all avenues of life and feeling safe and connected to everything CLE! Also lightweight best parking garage in the city !!
My boyfriend and I just signed a lease at the flats! The staff is super friendly and beyond helpful! The apartments are gorgeous and you really cant beat the location!😍 Im really excited to call the flats home.

We have loved it here! Everyone from the Concierge staff, Sales staff, Maintenance, Management to Security have been very kind and accommodating. There is so much to do right in your own backyard! And with the new venues going in downstairs, there'll be even more options. I recommend you check it out!
This property is filthy, poorly ran and zero customer service from management. Once you sign that lease you become irrelevant with the exception of the concierge staff, they are friendly and courteous. The five stars with no "reviews" are NOT from tenants! Click on them.... I have been dismissed in all my concerns and complaints by property manager Anna.
