Had to drive from downriver to carlton for a new rim. I went to the closest tire shop, which was Tire Express. I asked them to switch my rim out. I watched the older guy do it, then seen him wheel my new rim and tire to the back where I couldn't see anything! Today, I wake up to an almost flat tire! Took it to my local tire shop and they showed me a small slit!! My tire didnt have a slit before I went there! Terrible customer service. When in for 4 matching tires. They were all dry rotted. Recieved 4 different tires. Didnt make it ten mile and 1 blew. When back and recieved 1 more. Then another 1 blew less then 5 mile away. When in for 4 matching. 9 different tires on truck and none match. Still cant drive it. They would work with us and wouldnt refund our money. My son had just bought his first vehicle with high miles and the tires were not holding air. The tread was good but he had to air them up every few days so he decided to get some (new) used tires. Flat Rock Tire sold him a set for $160 dollars which would've been a decent deal for used tires if they performed as regular tires should. We went driving down the freeway and any speed over 55mph the car would shake terribly because the tires were not balanced. I have bought a couple used tires from here, and to purchase a tire and have it installed for $40 is the best deal I have found. I was wary of going back after reading some of these reviews, but my past 2 expirences with them were great. I bought a used tire last year and I am still driving on it, so I will go back today and hope I get another good one!
