I don't have experience with the building itself but I have seen one of the residents who comes into the Fenton Walmart often, I believe her name is Aliyah and she's a taller African female, and her caretakers do not have any regard for her privacy. Her caretakers allow her to go out in public wearing shirts that are way too small and expose her bare chest when she moves or even barely lifts her arms.
