Me and my mother and grandparents have been here more then once but know if you make a appointment and for a reason you can’t make it in my mother case she was forced into work and had to cancel and was gonna reschedule she was still charged because she could not make it even though it was not her fault so I guess emergency is not considered circumstances you cannot help guess my whole family will not be going back
