People behind me used them… they blocked my garage and the alley (right of way) for 4 hrs no permit guy with half head shaved and pony tail just must have just got out of prison and not adjusted to the outside yet wanted to fight me because I didn’t ask nice enough for them to move so I could get out of my garage
AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! They damaged multiple boxes of my property including extremely valuable items- art and my television and lamp. What wasn’t damaged in the move was missing. Never once did FlatRate attempt to recover my missing boxes. In total I lost 4,500 worth of property due to their negligence. Also, they brought in movers that aren’t even affiliated with FlatRate which is a breach of contract. Zero Stars!!! The worst movers! Do not use and spread the word!!! The Sales rep is very nice in the beginning – but then disappears after you pay. The company does not communicate. On the move -2 pieces of furniture were badly damaged. They mis-handled my personal belongings on a move from NJ to CO. I filed a claim and they have ignored it for over 40 days.
