A trip to the zoo took a bad turn when someone hit our parked car, but after our experience at Flatline, I'm almost glad it happened. The 4Runner looks better than it did before and it's never been this clean before. The guys were top notch to deal with, the shop was incredibly clean, well kept and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which means a lot going through the process. 10/10 would recommend Flatline to anyone and we'll be using them for anything we need in the future.
It was recommended to me by Austin at Andean Chevrolet to take my 2024 Chevy Trax here after I had a minor rear end collision between trying to find the parts and waiting for the parts and dealing with the insurance company and all the in-between it took several months to get my vehicle repaired during all that time the staff at flatline Auto was absolutely tremendous.
