I’m 49 and had been dealing with knee pain for years. I’ve been at Flatlander for about a year now. Knee pain long gone. I was worried strength training would make it worse, but Blake and Sonia, the owners, and the other coaches help me with my hip mobility, and now I’m stronger and pain-free. The blend of “burn” and “build “workouts is a great combo and everything in all the workouts is adaptable. . Love this place.

My 2 boys have really enjoyed the experience at Flatlander. They are learning proper lifting techniques and also gaining confidence in the weight room. Their interactions with the trainers and other club members has been extremely positive. We highly recommend Flatlander to others.
Flatlander is a great gym! I have been a member for 6+ years, the owners are super friendly and they are constantly bringing in new equipment. Also, vs. many other Crossfit type gyms I have been to, Flatlander is spotless.
The coaches at Flatlander push athletes to the next level! My son has seen huge gains in both speed and agility while working out at Flatlander.
