We purchased a house that Flatland was supposed to stretch before closing. I feel bad for the realtor who paid for this service. Closed on 2/11 and here is what the stretching looks like. Flatland stated they would never fix the carpet transition. **ADDITIONAL AFTER OWNER RESPONSE** I shared the invoice of the service. Definitely address the transition. Absolutely worst carpet stretch I've seen.
