Flatirons Tuning is fantastic! I needed hard to find some parts urgently for my Outback, and Dylan not only helped me work out what I needed, but also went above and beyond to make parts accessible on the website and send links for easy purchasing. I'd definitely recommend working with these guys!
Needed a turbo coolant return hose for my daily driver 2003 WRX that started leaking like crazy. No one has them in stock in my area including the Subaru dealership. Flat iron's website says they do so I ordered one. They got it delivered from Subaru and sent it my way. I even called to inquire about shipping the next business day and the gentleman on the phone put me on hold, went back into the warehouse, found the part, and ensured it got shipped out the same day. Great people doing great things!
Flatirons Tuning has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. They offer some of the best prices I have seen, and shipping for my parts arrived quicker than I expected. I have gotten so used to other companies taking weeks or sometimes even months to send out my parts that I was surprised to see my parts sitting on my door within such a short time. Full refund does not mean full refund I payed for next day shipping, did not ship until a week later. When I told them to cancel a day before they shipped I was advised that I would be fully compensated without fee. Never got the full refund :D
