I’ve reached out many times inquiring about any form of estimation or arrival time for the remainder of my order and they can’t seem to do that for me. Over 3,000$ in parts, 8 days later and still no concrete answer on where the essential components of my build are. I was also told I would be emailed this information and still haven’t received it. Come on Flatirons, I understand a wait time but you need to communicate it to the customer especially when they’re reaching out to you.
Not a good experience with an online order. Firstly, the Flatiron website had misleading photos of the part. Simple order shipped late; CV boot kits, Group N Transmission mount. When I asked them via email to verify my order before shipping they claimed they could not verify my parts. Because why? They can't be bothered to open a box? Then, no apology when parts arrived not as show on the website. (I sent photos to confirm) No offer to pay the shipping back to them, indicted the impending 20% restocking fee. Great guys, as you can notice almost all the bad reviews are from people who accidentally ordered the wrong parts. I used to live in Boulder but I am now in Mexico and I still use them for my Subaru needs. Always good prices, they might not have everything in stock, but Dylan is the man and very willing to help you get the parts you need.

I have never had an issue with this company. All the staff are super polite and knowledgeable. They offer some of the best prices on some of the highest quality parts in the industry. Even if you’re just looking for parts for your daily driver they have you handled. It’s a no brainer if you own a Subaru you should be buying your parts here.
