We had a wonderful experience working with Drew at Flatirons Subaru. He was proactive in communicating before we even came into the dealership, and helpful in answering questions once we were there. Overall very enjoyable to do business with.
We had an excellent experience buying our Crosstrek at Flatirons. My son had appreciated Flatirons service for oil changes. He was diligent and had the car in 6 times in 23,000 miles for oil changes and tire rotations. However, when he brought the car in with concerns about premature and uneven tire wear (roughly 18,000 miles on his summer tires), the service writer and technicians were dismissive. They put an extra quart of oil in the Crosstrek than it should have for the oil change! Could have caused engine damage have we not checked it when we got home. Would have expected better from a dealer of Subaru. The old guy did not believe my daughter initially b/c she is a young female. Gave us 2 free oil changes for the trouble. Now I question the other work?
I've been bringing my Subaru to Flatirons Subaru for over 7 years, and it's always been a great experience. The service team is friendly, professional, and keeps me updated throughout the appointment. The work is always done on time, and they make the whole process easy and stress-free.
