They did the oil change I requested for 138$ They did not get 5* because their reps think CVTs never should be serviced. I have a 24’ crosstrek. Subaru of America recommends it to follow the extreme service protocol based on my lifestyle. This Subaru dealer recommend against what SoA recommends in a way that will severely impact the customers wallet.
Service was incredible and I was so impressed with the communication throughout the time they had my vehicle. Loved the report that gets texted as well. Amanda in the service center was amazing, she exceeded all my expectations. The tech Alyssa did a great job as well everything drove well when I picked up my car.
Staff and manager (Ryan) were very helpful at navigating a stressful situation and getting the car fixed quickly. Could not have been a smoother process. Highly recommend!
