My grandma passed away and we inherited her house. It was really old and hadn't been updated in decades. We didn't know if we should keep it or sell it, but we knew if we sold it we'd need to fix it up first because nobody wants to buy a house that looks that outdated. We called Flatirons Remodeling & Basement Finishing to help us figure out what needed to be done. They recommended doing a full home remodeling and finishing the basement since that would add way more value and help us sell faster. They updated the kitchen wit... read more

We had an unfinished basement taking up space we weren't using. Flatirons Remodeling & Basement Finishing came out and helped us plan what we wanted. Our basement sat unfinished for five years before we finally called Flatirons Remodeling & Basement Finishing. It was just concrete walls and exposed pipes. We wanted to turn it into actual living space our family could use. They created two separate rooms down there, a home office for me and a playroom for the kids. The egress window they put in makes the basement feel bright instead of dark and creepy like before. They also added a bathroom, which is super convenient when the kids are playing and don't need to run upstairs... read more

We hired Flatirons Remodeling & Basement Finishing for a home remodeling project that included our kitchen, bathroom, and basement finishing. The results turned out even better than we expected. Our kitchen was from the 1980s and needed serious updates. They installed new quartz countertops, modern cabinets, and new appliances. The kitchen looks completely different now and works so much better for our family. The project took about three months. The crew showed up on time, kept everything clean, and worked around our schedu... read more
