My grandma passed away and we inherited her house. It was really old and hadn't been updated in decades. We didn't know if we should keep it or sell it, but we knew if we sold it we'd need to fix it up first because nobody wants to buy a house that looks that outdated. Our house in Longmont was pretty outdated. The kitchen was from like the 80s, both bathrooms needed updating, and our basement was just empty concrete. We had an unfinished basement taking up space we weren't using. Flatirons Remodeling & Basement Finishing came out and helped us plan what we wanted. We decided to create a home office and a guest bedroom with a bathroom. The basement finishing process was straightforward. They framed the walls, ran electrical, added insulation, hung drywall, and installed flooring.
