I had the worst experience here. They didn’t explain anything to me. I checked in, and the person at the front desk couldn’t explain anything stating “he wasn’t a professional”, whatever that means? I checked the box that I wanted to dilate my eyes and get new glasses, but none of those things happened. I walked in got checked, I think? And was told to check out. That’s it. This location was very helpful. They fixed the issue with the pair of glasses that bought from other location that shut down. I will be coming back to this location everytime.
Caring and professional team. Patient, too. They take the time to explain things if you ask and they answer all your questions without rushing you.
