I feel bad writing this since the hypnotherapist otherwise has 5 stars, but if I had seen a review like this before doing the hypnotherapy, I wouldn't have gambled so much money on what I thought was a wise investment. An idea was put in my head a while back that hypnotherapy wouldn't work for me, but when I asked the therapist she said essentially anyone who can pay attention and follow instructions can be hypnotized, even if they don't believe in it.
