I will not use this pharmacy after my refills are up, they are never on time with my refill I have to wait 3 or 4 days to receive it. And the staff is extremely rude, I came in with a broken leg my prescription was not ready, I drive 30 minutes to pick it up and it wasn't ready when i got there, I waited for 20 minutes, and nobody offered to help me open the door when I left. I have had nothing but rudeness anytime I call. Just overall horrible experience.
Edit: I wanted to come back and edit this review, as my experience here has been pleasant since my original experience, described below. My experience has turned very positive, my cat's medication is always refilled in a timely manner, and they text me prior to my cat's medicine running out asking me if I'd like to put in my order for a refill. I started using this pharmacy many years ago and I absolutely loved it. Now, it's a lot different than it used to be. I understand that it has grown so much, and the staff is very much needed. Unfortunately, there's not that genuine connection anymore and quite a few staff members are not kind at all. I know that it can't go back to being Jenn, the owner, and a few other employees.
