My family and I have worked with Flatirons for the past 6 years, and have always had great experiences. We’ve seen them for warts, acne, skin checks, lipomas, and CO2 laser treatments. They have never pushed treatments or products on me, and I really appreciate that. I have had that experience with other clinics in the past, and that felt icky. Highly recommend.
If I could give them a 0/10 I would. Not a good business for the community: routinely harasses its neighbors and encourages its customers to park on private property. Has personally cost me thousands of dollars. Absolutely do not use this service.
After several weeks to get an appointment, I walked in 5 minutes late and waited another 3-4 for the lady to finish with the previous client and told 10 minutes late would force a reschedule. Website says 15 minutes. She was rude and had a bad attitude, as well.
Wonderful detailed, thorough exams by a most conscientious, caring, professional staff.
Best dermatologist very knowledgeable and understanding. Very happy I was referred to the Erie location. Thank you
