Need to work on focusing on your customers. Also tell your employees they shouldn’t sneeze in their hands and not wash them afterwards. A simple “thank you for coming in, have a nice day” goes a long ways.
We were in town for a volleyball tournament and stumbled upon Flatiron Tavern on Friday afternoon. After one visit, it quickly became our go-to spot for the entire weekend. One star for the beautiful building and good aesthetic. The service was slow, inattentive, and zero effort to help. I asked what the white cheese sauce the server said idk and stared at me. The cheesesteak bread was horrible, cheap low quality. The steak was fine. There was so much liquid my cheesesteak was like a soup. I will never be back and I’ll be surprised if they stay in business. Stay away.
