These people are skilled and pleasant to work with. Price? Never got alternative bids. They seem most agile, working on the roof, getting the racks set, the panels, the wiring, the inspection. They taught that I should Xcel as a huge battery. Sunny months, electrons get stored, winter stored electrons get used. I suspect there are other solar guys that are also good. But Flatiron gets a good score in my book.
I had a great experience working with Bob this past week-end. He is helpful, knowledgeable and just a nice guy! I was having an issue with my solar panel installation and was frustrated that my installer's "technical support" was not the least bit technical and had no idea how to help me trouble shoot my system. She told my she would return my call after consulting with her team and never did. I also contacted the inverter manufacturer but was told I must go thru the installer. Arghh. Rare customer responsiveness, curtesy, and delivery of service! Exceptional in every regard. If only all service & installation companies had guys like Bob at the customer interface. I don't give compliments easily - these guys are have that lost balance of personal interaction and technical skill. Fully endorse this company!
Excellent service. Bob was nice to work with, efficient and did an outstanding job. We would certainly hire him again!
