After authorizing $700 in repairs and the bill came back at $4000? No communications unless I called in or stopped by. Don’t expect to be taken care of here!
My husband dropped his truck off in June. They diagnosed and got approval for a $700 repair job. His truck sat in their lot all summer (until August) with the problem not fixed. He called and went in Multiple times to check on progress. They didn’t once get any further authorization for any other repair. $2100 to change the steer rod and ball joints on a simple freighliner dunno truck. That was just labor. Yes i know the big truck parts require heat and a big hammer but guys learn your trade and get the right tools I'll never take a truck to them again to practice on. Do better gentlemen.
