I brought our kittens here to be fixed, one male and one female and they did an excellent job. I’m writing this review two months after our experience, after they’ve healed and they did without any problems. I couldn’t recommend this place more! Thank you to the entire team, you are much appreciated.
Extremely poor experience, very angry as I write this, had an 11:30 appointment today. Kept our extremely nervous and timid Cocker in a damn cage for 5 hours. When I contacted them, the woman I spoke with wouldn’t let me ask questions, just kept interrupting and arguing with me. Very RUDE woman….feel horrible for our beautiful dog suffering through 5 hours of torture…..no excuse!!
Everyone was so very kind. The took great care of my sweet precious idiot baby. They were so nice she went with them easily and made the whole experience easy.
