Terrible title company! Do not use! I have used them twice in two separate real estate transactions and they have screwed both of them up to the point that closing was unnecessarily delayed. My most recent transaction was delayed in closing two separate times and has cost me thousands of dollars due to the delay. They were terrible in their communication through the process, I had to reach out every single time to find out what was going on, they always blamed the buyer or lender, even though the things they blamed the buyer... read more
