These guys are awesome! My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and our alternator began heavily smoking as we backed a jetski down a boat ramp. We called these guys, and they were able to get us in within 30 minutes. Once we got there, Arden, who was a particularly helpful and kind service rep, took a look at the issue, and he was able to ultimately diagnose that the negative ground was loose to the terminal on our battery. Driving over the road can be challenging but it can get harder if you have truck troubles. Which I did in Kalispell Mt. The guys here were great. They found the problem and talked to boss who is a great guy by the way and fixed the problems I was having. You can't ask for a better group of people. They work and keep you appraised of the situation. Kotos to guys and my boss.. I wrote this before my Peterbilt was done.
