After having to deal with Northwest Energy after they bought Montana Power, I do appreciate the lower rates. I lived in a more rural area and we did have outage problems, but they weren't as numerous as they are in Libby. My grip was trying to change a debit card for that had been compromised. I was told to go to their web site to do this. I was operating on my phone as I was away from home and I was unable to change the debit card. Thank you for getting the tree off of the powerline blocking our driveway and restoring power, in a timely manner, on a Sunday evening no less!
Poor service. They are in a bank now, drive up service. But, they Wont take debit or bank cards! They make you park in parking lot, and use the outside machine. Even if your disabled! This is so WRONG! I hate dealing with those people....They dont even try to help the customers....Is there some way to get them audited?
PUD Rock. If you think not, move back to PGE/PPL/Avistaland and pay a lot more for energy
