Disorganized mobile tire replacement. I used them two times, one was in an emergency tire blowout situation. The entire ordeal took nearly 4 hours with the back-and-forth trips to the shop because they don’t actually have mobile equipment to replace a tire. They cut us a break so we said we’d give them another shot. The next time was closer to 7 hours, as they first responded at 6pm and by the time the new tire was on our car, it was 1am.
