The staff, doctors and owner are friendly and attentive and I enjoy my visits. My orders for glasses and contacts have been easy and so far no problems.
It s a very pleasant environment and the service is great too. When I entered the receptionist s were friendly, the doctor is one of the sweetest doctors I have ever visited in a long time and was very informative during the exam. I was VERY VERY happy with how the exam went. They have a lot of frames to choose from and I was very tempted to get more than one but I had to stay within my budget :(. My whole life I've had to deal with really ugly glasses because my prescription is so bad. The guys at Flatbush Optical made me see really clear. Everyone say my new Ray ban glasses look good.
GREAT PLACE!! I don`t know why you guys post such bad things about this place I`ve been there today and got my glasses fixed and Im so happy to save HUNDREDS of $ in a mean time got a minute to have a nice conversation with a doctor, which is, in my opinion very, very knowledgeable and helpful. Always helpful and great products... – When you go someplace it's either because you like it, it's become habit, or it's convenient. My family goes to Flatbush Optical for all three. My mom's been wearing glasses since the 1930's, and by now her lenses are both expensive and complex. Not only does Flatbush Optical keep her glasses affordable, by they get her progressive prescriptions done right. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – This place is a very unproffessional place to go to. The new receptionist is very rude and doesn't show any kind of patience. The other guys are not that bad. Only one I can honestly say showed curtosy and that is the one who is very very slim. The doctors in there are rude. If you have a question regarding your eyes after the exam, it's like they assume you are suppose to know. Great doctors, nice and friendly staff. Glasses were made very quickly. Simply put, the best place I have ever gone for glasses.
