Personally, I don’t think they specialize in Gel X services & I find it insane that if you’re not satisfied you must pay the full cost of a pedicure to get your nails fixed/changed. I’ve gone before for standard services with my natural nails & loved them but this service I feel I wasted $105 on nails. I’ll be going to get them fixed and redone elsewhere. I’ve been coming to this salon about 2/3 years because it’s clean and nice & convenient. But as of recently the work is not good. Gel manicures do not last. Not sure if it’s the technique or the quality of products they use. The work is too inconsistent for the prices they charge. And they do the bare minimum when it comes to pedicures. Trying to communicate with the techs is hard because a lot of them are primarily Spanish speaking, so if you have a suggestion/complaint they don’t understand and do whatever. This is my favorite salon in Flatbush. I always get the lavender pedicure. I recently made a booking error and they accommodated me with no issue. The location is always clean and the service is great. I highly recommend!
Just finished my second appointment for a basic mani/pedi with dazzle dry polish. Flatbush Nail Bar boasts a friendly and communicative staff, a calming and clean atmosphere, and a wide array of color options to choose from. Blanca was my nail tech for this appointment and did an incredible job. She was thorough and efficient and my hands and feet looked and felt great after I left.
