Waited for two hours and when I asked if they overbooked they said no and take a call in the middle of me talking to them. Terrible experience. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re going to make them patient wait 2 hours anyway. Who knows if I would’ve stayed longer. I just left and went to a local urgent care at that point
Take note of the other reviews. I wish I had. Every time I need my prescription refilled it takes multiple phone calls & answer phone messages. 90% of which go unanswered. This shear lack of communication & general organization has resulted in a negative impact to mental & physical health - which is surely the opposite of what Doctor’s offices are intended for?!
